This deck is based around the Blood Tribute, Sanguine Bond combo, which for those of you who don't know with Sanguine bond on the board whenever you gain life your opponent loses that much life and blood tribute cuts your opponents life in half and if you tap a vampire as an additional cost you then gain that much life. Add that with a heavy doseage of some kick ass vampires (nocturnus) and Liliana Vess to keep them distracted (not to mention for tutor purposes) and you've got yourself a pretty good time.
