Tireless Tribe combo in an Azorius delver shell. Basically, play Tireless Tribe, play Inside Out, discard 5 cards and swing with a 21/1. The rest of the deck is designed to dig and control in Delver fashion.

You can combo kill without cards in hand using Whiteout, Dizzy Spell lets you tutor for Tribe, About Face, or Shadow Rift. Apostle's Blessing is dual evasion+protection for 1 mana. That's about it. Muddle the Mixture is almost an include for the ability to tutor Whiteout or Flaring Pain.

Why Delver with Tribe? Typically an aggro/tempo card Delver doesn't seem to fit with our 1-hit KO wincon. But the two actually complement eachother pretty well, 1 delver hit will reduce the number of cards we need to discard for Tribe from 5 to 4. Delver also baits removal spells and can win games on its own if it isn't answered.

This deck has performed great for me, has been very competitive with top meta lists and often gets easy turn 2-3 kills against slower decks. Try it out!
