A friend made this for me. Very fun Blue/Red Spellslinger pauper deck. The idea is to Soulbond Tandem Lookout to either Thermo-Alchemist or Erebor Flamesmith to get card draw off of their pings. Then just blast them in the face with all the Lightning Bolts and Thunderous Wraths!
