Essentially the MKIII of my original deck, this combines 1-2 drop spells with a host of cheap and cheerful creatures with one or two powerhouse monsters including Pharika, God of Affliction!

....Ideally I would like feedback on the following:

• How do I increase the overall power of the deck without breaking the bank (I am not willing to spend 80+ on 4 Thoughtseizes!
• How do I make Pharika a force to be reckoned with?
• And finally, what kinda cheap Green Instants/Sorcery's would you recommend?
