Agro mono blue deck. Having a 5/5 flying creature out turn 2 is hard to deal with. And if they survive that storm they will not survive the swarm.

Early Game: Play ornithopter or vault skirge. Ensoul and start the beat down. Get one other artifact creature out via Aviation pioneer or chief of foundry. Countering is unlikely this early but do so as you see fit.

Mid Game: Countering is most likely in mid game. Your opponent will likely have an answer to your 5/5 flyer by now (if they don't you'll win). Keep 2 mana open to counter those, use other two mana to draw cards or vapor snag any threats they bring out. ALMOST ALWAYS play thopter spy network when you can. It is the heart and soul of the deck. It functions as a draw engine and as a thopter spam.

Late Game: Zahid, master of etherium more chief of foundrys. At this point you should have a few thopters being buffed. This will overwhelm your opponent. Tezzeret is there to add a major late game threat. I usually assume having him and thopter spy network out is a win condition.
