I was looking for a budget deck to use some of the nice madness cards in the new set. I realized I was building up a lot of instants and sorceries in the graveyard so Rise from the Tides becomes pretty sweet. The strategy is to stay alive by burning and bouncing the opponents creatures, using the looting cards with madness to keep the hand full. Then unleash Rise from the Tides! In my playtesting, I often end up with more than 10 tokens from casting it, and can often win the game with one mass attack. Any suggestions are welcome.
