This is my current plan for a Golgari deck I want to build. I'd love suggestions, but I'm trying to keep the cost down. So I probably won't be running Scavenging Ooze, Deathrite Shaman, or Overgrown Tomb.

The main idea is to combo off of Corpsejack Menace and Death's Presence to quickly beef up your creatures.

Nemesis of Mortals and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord also serve as good backup win cons.
