By trimming all of the fat from Cat Food and Oni-Cult Anvil decks, you can slim them enough to smash them together. The Cat Food combo (Cauldron Familiar + Witch's Oven) is famously backbreaking for low-to-the-ground creature decks, and is capable of stealing games on its own in the right circumstance. If the Cat Food loop is performed during your own main phase, you trigger Oni-Cult Anvil's token generation effect.

(Oni-Cult Anvil + Experimental Synthesizer + Deadly Dispute) both provide card advantage and a means of closing the game. An unanswered Oni-Cult Anvil, once it's gotten rolling, will end the game eventually. Like Cat Food, it will pad your life total in the meanwhile.

Voldaren Epicure and Bloodtithe Harvester are creatures that provide artifact fodder for Oni-Cult Anvil and Deadly Dispute. Bloodtithe Harvester is also interaction, and a decent beater to boot.

Mayhem Devil is both interaction and win condition. Generally speaking, you will soften up your opponent's life total with Oni-Cult Anvil and Witch's Oven in the early game, and close out the game with a flurry of Mayhem Devil triggers to the face. In an Anvil/Rakdos Sac mirror, you win by playing Mayhem Devil first, since both player's sacrificing will trigger Mayhem Devil

Several upgrades can be made to the mana base. Blazemire Verge, Blightstep Pathway, Takenuma, Den of the Bugbear, and Urborg would all be welcome additions, funds permitting. Cutting Blood Crypt for budget is unfortunately just not an option.
