I would take out the following: Demonic Tutor, Darkness, Discombobulate, Final Fortune, Pact of Negation, Sulfuric Vortex, Lethal Vapors, Meekstone, Visara the Dreadful, Rune-Scarred Demon, and Avatar of Woe. I think that the counterspells and tutors will slow you down. You will be drawing a lot of cards, so you don't really need to search. The other cards I think have too high a mana cost and will also slow you down. I would add more wheel effects: Wheel of Fortune , Winds of Change , Wheel of Fate , and Wheel of Torture . To offset the large amount of damage you'll be taking I would add in cards like: Ivory Tower , Venser's Journal , and Elixir of Immortality . Its a good start tho! Good luck!!

Forced Fruition is excellent in Nekusar decks as a "must answer" enchantment. If you really want to be mean, Helm of the Ghastlord and Elder Mastery enchanting Nekusar make it so whenever they draw, they immediately have to discard, so once you empty their hand, they can basically only cast instants, since every other type of card would be discarded before they could cast it.

@Queima - Ty for the suggestions, but I don't think these cards are anything that I need currently. The only one that is a 'maybe' is Mikokoro, Center of the Sea but I have plenty of draw effects and being on the low end of lands, I don't want to add another colorless mana land.

@DavidBray Oh yeah, I'm putting Dictate of Kruphix in the deck. Matter of fact, I may re-do the whole flash+Kami/Howling/Font Idea. That way I could free a couple card slots.

Have you seen Master of the Feast ? Because that's going in too.

Phyrexian Tyranny , Breathstealer's Crypt , and Price of Knowledge make it even more painful (just make sure you lose life slower than they do). Also, Hive Mind jives very well with the "everyone draws/discards" cards jriedl listed.

@the5ervant Ty for the suggestions, however, I don't like things that do damage to me, especially when drawing 5 cards per turn.

I think Price of Knowledge is a little too group hug for me. I want them to discard and I don't want them to have more than 7 cards.

Ok, I was just looking for a cool, more original Nekusar deck, and this is it. I was noticing that Nekusar gets a lot of hate because everyone plays him, and in the same way too. But this deck is different because it's geared more towards card interaction and fun, rather than just wheels and oppression. Very cool nice deck, upvoted.

Every time I mention that I have a Nekusar deck I get this look of disgust from people. I try to tell them this isn't the typical wheel take damage deck. They never believe me...

Yeah I just came back from playing the Jeleva pre-con and I seriously disliked how geared it is towards just winning and ruining everyone's time. Like I always say, even the players who are losing should be having a good time.

May be use Diviner Spirit ?? What do you think?

Diviner Spirit actually comes in the Mind Seize commander deck. I took it out because I don't go to combat in this deck.

If I can, I will hide behind my pillow fort and when the time is right, Wheel for enough damage to take out all opponents in one shot!
