After a poor showing at FNM, I decided to switch this deck up to focus more on the use of adventures and Lucky Clover . I removed 4x Blacklance Paragon , 2x Murder , and 2x Ritual of Soot . I put in 4x Foulmire Knight , 2 more Smitten Swordmaster , and 4x Lucky Clover .

If you can get at least one clover out, the adventures go from mediocre to fantastic. Digging through the deck becomes easy with the Foulmire Knight grabbing 2+ cards, along with back ups of Castle Locthwain , Midnight Reaper , and Icon of Ancestry . The Icon now not only boosts the knights, but also helps you dig for more spells. Even if the board stalls out, you can still win by playing a few small knights, and the use the Smitten Swordmaster 's adventure to hit the opponent for a non-trivial amount of damage.
