This deck is one of my more serious attempts at competitive deckbuilding and has actually become one of my favorite decks to pilot ever. The wincon for this deck is to mill them out via Teferi's Tutelage. To this end, we employ a lot of card draw, some life gain, and board wipes.

The most important card in the deck is Teferi's Tutelage. This is our direct wincon and the card we want to abuse the most; it is self-explanatory. The second most important card in this deck is Primal Amulet. Once transformed, the amount of plays you are able to make each round becomes absolutely absurd. Need life? Copy Ritual of Rejuvenation. Need to draw a serious amount of cards? Chemister's Insight. Or sometimes you just know your opponent has a counter ready, so you want to make damn sure a spell goes through.

We also have the board wipes and clears that help us stall the game out until we mill our opponent via Settle the Wreckage, Slaughter the Strong, and Cleansing Nova.

There is one flex slot, which is why you see 1x Omniscience in there. I used to run Overflowing Insight, which may or may not win the game on its own... but ultimately it's up to you what to put in there.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! We have a sneaky surprise waiting around the corner for times when you just can't mill your opponent out for whatever reason... or maybe you happen to draw it early enough to use it before they get milled. That's right, it's Banefire. Your opponent will be completely used to you casting strictly white and blue spells that they will be completely blindsided by this. This card can only be cast once you activate the Primal Amulet, so play your cards right. Since this is the case, the Banefire will be copied anyway, netting you double the damage! The best part about it is the fact that it can't even be countered, so you know it's going through no matter what.

Even though it may seem like a braindead deck to pilot, I can assure you it isn't because you're constantly being forced to make decisions every single turn. There are some key things to remember though: A) Do not play any card unless you absolutely have to. B) Hitting that one land a turn is absolutely critical since you're playing a risky game with time. C) Try to use all of your available mana each turn. D) It's fine to sacrifice one or two things to Cleansing Nova if it means your opponent's game plan gets ruined. Remember, you're constantly drawing through your own deck so you'll be better off finding what you need over time. E) Don't play board wipes/clears until you feel like you can't survive until your next turn.
