Proliferate, Adapt and Win (PAW) updated for M21

Get +1/+1 counters on as many creatures as possible, as quickly as possible. With Evolution Sage (or multiples thereof) out, you could proliferate each turn. Just keep growing counters and you easily win with Simic Ascendancy.

Use Biomancer's Familiar to adapt Incubation Druid and Growth-Chamber Guardian repeatedly, then proliferate using Evolution Sage and you get big, powerful creatures on the field quite quickly.

Let Primal Empathy give you extra card draws and generate counters on Lorescale Coatl.

Your win-con could come from powerful creatures or the win the game effect of Simic Ascendancy.

Biomancer's Familiar allows you to keep adapting your adapt creatures.

Growth-Chamber Guardian gets very big, very quickly, and keeps searching for more copies of himself.

Incubation Druid works as a big creature, or as a mana-dork on steroids that also does some mana-fixing.

Evolution Sage should be triggering proliferate on most turns.

Growth Spiral was a useful deck-thinner before it got banned.
