My friend made a, as he called it, "Being a D*ck" deck. This white/blue deck is made to annoy your opponents with counterspells, detains, and other tricks. I updated it quite a bit, but kept the spirit alive. Thank you for viewing it. It's not exactly made to win; this is a memorial deck... I'm sure if my friend was here he'd say something snarky about it, like "That's just what you say when you can't make a good deck Jonah."
