chizmo9: Feeling of Dread is a good suggestion, because of the flashback, thanks. The only reason I might stick with Lyev Decree instead is because it stops Activated Abilities also. So, something like Llanowar Augur or Benevolent Bodyguard would be rendered useless by Lyev Decree, while Feeling of Dread would allow the abilities to still be used.
I may be being too paranoid though, so when I get a chance I'll playtest and see. Thanks again!

Wow cool deck idea! I've never considered alternative win methods like this before.
Since the goal of your deck is to win with either Azor's Elocutors or Approach of the Second Sun, I would add another of each. Some other excellent creatures to consider adding are: Council of the Absolute, Banisher Priest, and Trapjaw Tyrant.
I'm sure you've considered these other spells, but I'll point then out just in case: Pacifism, Bonds of Faith, Lyev Decree, Counterspell, Cancel, Mindstatic, Indestructibility, Captured by the Consulate, and Silence.
Anyway, looks great and I'd be nervous playing against this!

Amulet of Vigor + Orb of Dreams for lockdown without self harm otherwise my suggestions are; Authority of the Consuls, Pacification Array, Blessed Alliance, Blind Obedience, Curse of Chains, Imposing Sovereign, Lyev Decree, Narcolepsy, Press for Answers, Suture Priest, Ghostly Prison, Kinjalli's Sunwing , Reflector Mage, Wall of Frost, Dissipation Field, Divine Reckoning, Frozen AEther, Loxodon Gatekeeper, Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker, Quicksilver Amulet, Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, Spelltithe Enforcer, Willbreaker. Your single target removal needs work. Putrefy and Terminate are the only ones I'd keep. Utter End, Anguished Unmaking, Swords to Plowshares, Chaos Warp, Beast Within, Oblation are all good replacements. Also, you need artifact/enchantment removal. Forsake the Worldly, Wear / Tear, Krosan Grip, Deglamer, Return to Dust, Sylvan Reclamation, Vandalblast. Lyev Decree and Blinding Flare are bad. Your mana base needs work, and I'd run Phyrexian Arena, Bloodgift Demon, and Underworld Connections.

First, let me start with I think you have some cool ideas going here. I like your angel theme.Is this meant to be a casual or competitive deck? If you're playing this deck as a casual "have fun with" deck, then great. If you are looking at making this more competitive, then we need to drop your mana curve, focus on more beatdown and get more removal.
I agree with chaosumbreon87. Drop the green completely as it isn't doing much for you except making your mana base more difficult to manage and opening you up to some crappy draws. Making the deck red/white cleans up quite a bit and should smooth out your draws from one game to the next. For competitive you'll need more removal. Condemn, Cavern of Souls, Lightning Helix, and Path to Exile are all good choices.
Now for the cards. Thundersong Trumpeter and Gideon's Lawkeeper are really weak "tap that dude" creatures that just don't provide enough use to really be effective. They don't have haste so you can't use them as anything other than blockers on the turn they enter the battlefield.
Both Chandra, Torch of Defiance and Nahiri, the Harbinger are good card, but you aren't getting that much out of them. You don't have any graveyard recursion, so anything you discard to Nahiri's +2 ability is wasted. Chandra's +1 ability is nice but I think you would get more use out of other cards. I think you would get more use out of mana artifacts or more low cost creatures than you do from the planeswalkers.
I would replace the two Glory of Warfare for two Spear of Heliod. The ++ bonus applies to all of your creatures all of the time and you get an additional removal effect as well.
So, depending on your collection and budget, here's some cards to look at in no particular order. Cathedral Sanctifier, Champion of the Parish, Soul's Attendant, Knight of the White Orchid, Kor Outfitter, Nearheath Pilgrim, Stonewright, Stormblood Berserker, Ranger of Eos, Boros Signet, Mind Stone, Clifftop Retreat, Sacred Foundry, Slayers' Stronghold, Archangel of Tithes, Masako the Humorless, Azorius Arrester, Lyev Decree, Devil's Play, Magma Spray, Boros Charm, Volcanic Geyser, Staggershock, Electrickery and other low-cost cards that provide more utility.
I use Weathered Wayfarer for mana fixing and accelleration in my angel deck. I'll post my casual angel deck build here in the next day or so.
As for your sideboard. I would add a least one more Leyline of Sanctity. I think 4 Runed Halo is too many. Maybe two or three. Consider Vandalblast, Disenchant, Oblivion Ring and some other artifact and enchantment removal spells.

First of all, you need WAY more land. 36-40. Probably some of those should be basic lands so Terramorphic Expanse, Burnished Hart and Evolving Wilds have targets. What is your focus of this deck? How do you intend to win? I noticed you have a lot of fliers, but also seem to have some kind of human tribal? I would drop stuff like Elite Vanguard, Accorder Paladin, Expedition Envoy, Paladin en-Vec, Typhoid Rats, Hedron Crawler, Silver Myr, Lyev Skyknight, Doomed Traveler, Gather the Townsfolk, Lyev Decree, Pharika's Chosen, Bane of Bala Ged, Prognostic Sphinx & focus on your win condition. Find cards that take advantage of the lifegain from Oloro. Shattered Angel? Angelic Accord? Sanguine Bond? Exquisite Blood? Boon Reflection? Rhox Faithmender? Soul Warden? Vizkopa Guildmage? Underworld Coinsmith? Or if you're focusing mainly on fliers, use things like Gravitational Shift to help you out. Or if you want to play a more control build/pillow fort with Norn's Annex, Crawlspace, Cyclonic Rift et al. Finding your focus will really help you decide which cards to cut.
