As we all know, Phenax is the god of Mill. That's been proven. But one thing he's less know for is being a god of INSPIRED. You're able to tap your weaker creatures without the possibility of getting them killed and activated the inspired right there! I don't run much of it in my deck, but you can't deny it's true.

This deck was made using only cards from core-set and the Theros Block so I can have a nice standard deck when Ravnica goes out of set. Which will be a sad day indeed.

Two win conditions: the Prophet of Kruphix accelerates to the win lightning fast by allowing me to tap everything each turn, untap for blockers, re-tap on their turn and then my turn. Pretty broken for multiplayer.On the other hand, Master of Waves is able to flood the board, Fated Infatuation floods the board again, Fated Infatuation a second time for 3 Master of Waves and by this point we a boat to continue play.

Any comments are welcome. I am looking for some things to take out and put in, but playtest it first.
