Cheap and efficient U/R spell deck. Meant to be a relatively low cost deck that's super fast or can linger on a little bit and buff up your spellheart chimera's and make them pretty insane to deal with.

There are a couple ways that you can play this deck that are kinda fun. Guardian of Meletis is a cheap and effective blocker for most early game rushes and most rush decks won't have destroy artifact spells so it should be safe for a while while you can get up some spells and really start to work. Essence Backlash should protect you from a big creature coming out, or is another instant that will do damage via guttersnipe. The controlly blue spells are to help control the early game from snowballing over you and getting crushed before you can get stuff out and also will add to your Spellheart Chimera power. Steam Augury is a pretty interesting card that can really do a lot for you depending on how the deck is giving you cards and gives the opportunity for some mind games! If you've got a Spellheart Chimera and/or Guttersnipe in your hand or in play, and play Steam Augury and if you get 3 instants put them all in one pile and so your opponent can either give you 3 instants and you can wreck them with guttersnipe, or they can toss them in the graveyard and give your Spellheart Chimera +3/+0 so it's kind of a pick your poison tactic. This is all theoretical, perfect draw type of play, and there are some tweaks that I'm sure can make this a more solid combo so if you have ideas please throw them out there!

Things to consider would be Steam Vents , but they're pretty costly so I'm up in the air on those. Also thinking about a way to include Elite Arcanist as it can be really helpful in all stages of the game. Also I need to incorporate a way to draw more cards as once you get 4 or 5 mana out and a Goblin Electromancer it's pretty easy to throw down 3 or 4 spells and deal a bunch of damage but then you're stuck with your draw card and hoping it's something big enough to win.
