Made a few changes to this list based on talks with a couple of friends; I don't think I can do well versus a heavy aggro match up, so I've added a couple of Magmaquakes to the mainboard. It won't hurt my own planeswalkers, because I don't see myself being in a position of having to cast this defensively after turn 4 or 5 (usually). The fact it's instant speed means I can catch out an opponents own planeswalkers, occasionally.

I've also added a couple of Desecration Demons just because I don't -really- have any big threats. My long term game plan was something along the lines of controlling the mid-game until I'm able to cast a huge Rakdos's Return, and decimating their late game with lack of cards.

Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius might be a better position here, but I'm not really sure. Further testing will be done to check it out.

Other than that, I've tweaked the numbers a little; added a swamp and replaced the utility land with Nephalia Drownyard, as well as moving numbers of the other cards around. I feel like this is a bit of a solid build, but again, testing will see how it does.
