Steel Leaf Champion looks like a maybe for the sideboard, but not sure if anything else would fit. What do you guys think?

Bulldawg1310, I would like to have 2 in the deck, but I don't have any at the moment. May be on the short list for pickups.

2-3 Stain the Mind is a great sideboard option vs combo, you can power it out on turn 3 like clockwork with convoke to ruin a combo player's day. They are also bulk rares and super easy to pick up. Love the changes!

Also, Scavenging Ooze is a decent card against burn, and against Death's Shadow decks(although your deck is already highly favoured against those), or any type of other graveyard based deck (dredge, control decks with Snapcaster Mage, delirium, tarmogoyf decks like abzan or jund midrange/control, ur gifts, the list goes on). And it gets hit by company. I would consider running at least one of the 75, as it seems quite well positioned in this format.

Eldritch Evolution over Lead the Stampede and put in 2 Gilt-Leaf Palace for 2 forests.

I would advise against running removal in the mainboard, as it stops you from continuing your elf strategy and instead trying to slow down your opponents (which also slows you down).
Chord of calling is really helpful with all of your sideboards, but IMO you could probably get one, but definitely keep lead the stampede, as if you have 3 nettle sentinels + 1 Heritage druid out, you can cast lead the stampede for free, leaving all your mana open for whatever you draw. The only drawback is being a sorcery.
Eldritch Evolution lets you get a creature for 3 mana, at the cost of losing one. That is generally better than Chord of calling, as at the cost of being a sorcery and having to sacrifice a creature (usually just an extra heritage druid, or a random token off of dwynen's elite), it always costs less than chord (unless you cast chord for X = 0, which does nothing other than putting a random spell on the stack and slowing down the game even more if your playgroup plays with everyone knowing who has priority and actually verbally saying that you are passing priority)
You could also play Summoner's Pact, as it is basically a 0 cost tutor. And, if you win the turn you cast summoner's pact, you don't have to worry about the cost, which isn't really a problem for elves anyway.

Yaaaaas, Shaman of the Pack! I love that card. Considering a Nath of the Gilt-Leaf or Rhys the Exiled EDH deck just because I love that card so much. Simple, to-the-point Modern deck. Good stuff, man!

Sorry for the comment around 24 minutes ago, I thought this was a different elf tribal deck, now I realized it was the Jund elves. Please remove my previous comment, and this one.
your edits are great by the way ;)
+1 If i haven't already

I concur on the eldritch evolution statement. In the late game, turning a Llanowar Elves into a Shaman of the Pack once the dork has outgrown its usefulness can be a real game changer

I would highly recommend Summoner's Pact in decks that have the Heritage Druid + Nettle Sentinel combo. It makes you twice as likely to get the pieces down on turn 2, which leads to you playing most or all of your hand very quickly. With tutors, you can also play a toolbox of creatures; Scavenging Ooze, Reclamation Sage, and Spellskite are my favorites. If you can't get Pact, I would try to get Chord of Calling, which is even better with the toolbox because you can play them immediately after, even on your opponent's turn! I also like Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx in lists with Ezuri, Renegade Leader. I would also appreciate if you could take a look at my list, Cloudy with a Chance of Elfball, and give constructive criticism and an upvote. Elves are amazing! :)

Eternal Witness may help get an extra Collected Company... Wolf-Skull Shaman also just seems like a fun add on as a one of.
