I've had a special place in my heart for tribal decks since I started playing magic over 2 years ago, and I still don't understand why. Unfortunately I also don't have a lot of $$. You're probably telling me that I picked the wrong hobby, but I believe that you don't have to empty your bank account to have fun with mtg.

On to the deck:

What I really like about this deck (other than being cheap) is that there are lots of ways to win if you can survive until late-game. That is, if you don't give em the ol' beatdown with Hamletback Goliath or Borderland Behemoth first.

Step 1: Use Brighthearth Banneret , Generator Servant, and Stinkdrinker Daredevil to quickly Build up your giant army.

Step 2: If you haven't won yet, drop a Thundercloud Shaman and wreck, or Sunrise Sovereign to brute force your way through with trample. If you can play Boldwyr Intimidator , you can make your opponents cowards! (and swing with your unblockable giant warriors)

Side note: I noticed something really cool when playtesting this deck against other decks - if you get Hamletback Goliath out and he gets Pacifism, (or something similar), he can still get the counters and you can Soul's Fire when they least expect it!
