Based for multi-player casual games. There's a lot of life loosing going around and Exquisite Blood helps gain life not only when I force the loss of life, but when opponents do it to each other.

There's enough decent life gain to possibly get Chalice of Life   to flip into Chalice of Death   and from there if you have Exquisite Blood out you have a 10 life swing with the tap of an artifact. Bloodchief Ascension if it's charged can be a win-con in and of itself considering any instant/sorcery played or any dead creature by each opponent causes 2 loss and 2 gain of life.
