Deck designed around the high offensive capabilities of Daemogoth Titan and Daemogoth Woe-Eater and their relatively cheap casting costs. The caveat is that dealing with these demons requires you to sacrifice creatures....
To support the need to sacrifice, Fists of Ironwood can be attached to one of the Daemogoths providing a couple sacrificial creatures and giving your heavy hitters Trample to make sure you are whittling away at your opponent. Additionally, Awakening Zone provides 1 token creature on each of your turns. Finally, Creakwood Liege not only creates a sacrificial creature each turn, it also buffs your Daemogoths with +2/+2 for each Creakwood Liege.
For ramp, Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, and Leaden Myr help provide rapid cheap sources of green and black mana to get the Daemogoths out fast and start knocking your opponent around. In the later game, when your mana base is established, they can be sacrificed to the Daemogoths if necessary.
Finally, Giant Growth, Might of the Masses, and Unnatural Growth further beef up the Daemogoths to chip away at your opponent before the need to sacrifice cripples you.
If everything goes well, by turn 3 you have a Daemogoth Titan on the field, an Awakening Zone from turn 2, and a sacrificial token creature lined up. Turn 4, add another token creature, play Fists of Ironwood on the Titan and add 2 more token creatures, then attack with an 11 power Titan with Trample. Turn 5, cast Giant Growth first, then Unnatural Growth, then attack with a 28 Power Titan with Trample. Should win the game right there.
