The idea is to either get a Vexing Devil or a Stromkirk Noble on turn one to either make your Noble fat or have your opponent take the 4 burn early.

Then follow it up with Ponder to set up the rest of the game.

Most games I've done are over by turn 5 for you turn 4 for your opponent because of Temporal Mastery .

If you like burn the Vexing Devil and Thunderous Wrath combo with Devil's Play can really bring the pain.

If your a control person Gut Shot , Dissipate, and Mana Leak with Snapcaster Mages flash back are right up your alley.
