Protection against removal or make them unblockable: Alseid of Life's Bounty, Sejiri Shelter (also playable as white mana source) & Feat of Resistance (bonus +1/+1 counter).

Bonecrusher Giant & Rimrock Knight double as instants (adventures) and sizeable creatures

Infuriate (+3/+2) and Kaya's Onslaught (Double Strike) for ridiculous damage.

Mavinda will get double use out of your spells (giving protection again in your opponents turn, or boosting during an attack)

The sideboard is for removal (Banishing Light, Introduction to Annihilation, Secure the Scene), mana fix (Environmental Sciences) and extra boosts (Expanded Anatomy)

Guiding Voice vs Academic Dispute: Guiding Voice is better, but Academic Dispute can be cast in any turn (nabbing that protection or mana fix).
