Been working on a burn deck for legacy, given it's one of the most budget-friendly legacy decks, and I love me some fire and lightning. Experimenting with some newer cards like Thunderous Wrath (which I will likely take out...drawing it in the opening hand is too bad). I know there are too many lands in here, but I can't, for the life of me, figure out what I'm missing from the list.

What sorts of cards are best in a mirror? What are the best sideboard options for the deck? What are the major weaknesses of burn in legacy, and how do I get around them?

Suggestions are welcome! Especially budget ones!
