This budget deck is built around a bunch of cheap, effective bird cards. On curve, play Healer's Hawk, Squadron Hawk, Empyrean Eagle, High Sentinels of Arashin, and Wingmate Roc. Sky Tether gives quasi-removal, Winged Words adds card draw, and Rally of Wings provides combat tricks. Cloudfin Raptor, Collective Effort, and High Sentinels of Arashin all add counters to make your Sentinels a big threat. Warden of Evos Isle speeds everything up.
