Hello fellow goblin aficionados!

In my continued quest to find the best Goblin build in pioneer I decided to attempt a smash up of Goblins and Hammertime that I'm naming GoblinTime. The deck was made by CuteChandra19. They have posted multiple 5-0s in MTGO leagues.

Here is the list I went off of: https://www.mtgstocks.com/decks/394843

I took the deck to my local Pioneer 1k. 26 people showed up. My match ups were Rakdos Midrange, Temur Vehicles, U/w Spirits, Mono-B aggro, and Phoenix. Went 3-2 losing to Vehicles and Mono-B, but both of them were in the top 8 so my tie breakers held up and I got 8th. I made a mistake on registering my deck, so in the top 4 against Mono-G I had to win both games. Thankfully pulled it off with the nuts hand game 2. Did you know you can kill on turn 2 in Pioneer? We split the top 4, which is nice.

The transformative sideboard plan is pretty fun. No idea how good this deck would be in an open decklist tournament, but it worked for a match or two this time. I thoroughly enjoyed playing the deck, and I'll keep up with the build CuteChandra19 continues to work on. If you have the cards already, or want to give another deck a try, play it and see what you think.
