Now that Pauper is now an officially sanctioned format by WoTC, it's time to revisit Pauper!

This deck started as a casual mono-red goblins of some sort I made from goblins in my bulk commons as well as some cards from my 8-Whack Goblins deck in Modern. I am aiming to improve this into a more competitive deck as possible, but without spending much on cards. The quite expensive cards in this deck (Goblin Bushwhacker and Lightning Bolt in particular) are pauper legal cards I already have and I use in my other deck, and thus weren't really counted in my budget. The deck is still relatively cheap though.
