So classic legacy deck nerfed for modern and on a strict budget (already own Force of Negation).

Anyway deck starts like this YOU ALWAYS go second and discard Phantasmagorian. Then Bring it back to you hand and discard any dredgers possible, ie Stinkweed Imp and Golgari Thug. Then cast all of your cheerios in hand Ornithopter and at this time you can cast Hollow One if its in your hand as well.

Second turn, Dredge what you can and hopefully dredge a Narcomoeba. Cast it then combo it with Prized Amalgam. And then cast the other Hollow Ones and attach Sword of the Meek to Narcomoeba. Then move to combat and attack with the Hollow Ones you had cast last turn.

Turn three for the kill do the same thing as turn two.

For backup/bolstering options use Silversmote Ghoul and Creeping Chill or sack your Ornithopters for a Salvage Titan.

For countering you got a few options listed in the mainboard (no sideboard this is casual and budget).
