Basic premise, for those unfamiliar with 8-rack, is to empty the opponent's hand and then have them take damage from The Rack and Shrieking Affliction while they cant cast anything.

I originally wanted 4 Lillys however I have found running a 2/2 split between her and mists makes the list a bit more robust, harder to deal with enchanments than planeswalkers (Though Dromoka's Command hurts).

I am really quite undecided on whether to run ensaring bridge or not. On one hand, it is hilarious being able to turtle behind a bridge when my opponent can't attack. On the other, its a complete dead draw against many decks in the format and is easily removed. Not to mention that its value is a massive bubble, with a reprint more than likely right around the corner. (Though Urborg could just as easily get reprinted in Dominaria.)
