Aurelia's Fury should be mainboard, as it can shut down storm and just stop any possible blocker. Just keep it.

Main board Path to Exile , take out Aurelia's Fury and 2 basic lands, one of each. Path to Exile is much more flexible than fury

possible budget constraints aside, Cavern of Souls as well as Arid Mesa both seem very good here.

you might get some value out of Dragonmaster Outcast being a deck that runs 24 lands and has so many "must answer" removal targets. I personally like dragonmaster better paired with Ranger of Eos but right there you start to open up a whole other can of worms.

Fetchlanda are overpriced and overrated as hell, so I'd go with Cavern of Souls if I were to splurge on obscenely expensive lands. Or, you could simply sideboard Grand Abolisher , which will still be far more merciful on your budget than the Caverns.

fetches are definitely overpriced, but I didn't see "budget" listed as one of the hubs up top there. I did, however, see "competitive" listed. fetches may be a rip for what they are but they're still very good. color fixing and deck thinning... competitive.

This is the kind of stuff I like to see. Just make room for the 4 Paths to Exile into the mainboard by getting rid of Aurelia's Fury and maybe two lands (you don't need to run 24 in R/W).
