I bet Spellskite loses some value. Still combo isn't dead per say:

Hedron Archive + Myr Welder + Staff of Domination - Super resilient with Kolaghan's Command, Myr Retriever and Inquisition of Kozilek, not to mention for protection. Also now it's safer to play Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas to dig for pieces or for Etched Champion or to even turn useless Staff of Dominations into creatures (Which your opponent will happily put into the GY for you, fueling your combos.)

Source Wall Freed from the Real combo decks.

Grand Architect + Pili-Pala combo decks.

Ink-Treader Nephilim / Zada, Hedron Grinder combo decks.

Some other combo deck I can't even remember right now that was only 2 or 3 cards.

The biggest change for combo players who change combos/decks is Abrupt Decay became a lot more menacing.

@ canterlotguardian - I have been thinking of running Karn Liberated, All Is Dust and possibly Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. If I do include any of those I will for sure include 1-2 Sanctum of Ugin.

@ AndWelcomeToTheJam - Out of all of those I think Thirst for Knowledge is the best. In grindy matchups, particularly against Kolaghan's Command, we will have a Hedron Archive plus a Spellskite in the yard but maybe not Staff of Domination.

To help our Hedron Archive + Myr Welder + Staff of Domination combo we can use Thirst for Knowledge to pitch the 2nd or 3rd Staff of Domination to set up for a Myr Welder combo as well as get us to our answers like Oblivion Stone, Pithing Needle, or All Is Dust.
