Depending on how "stormy" your turns are, Aetherflux Reservoir can be pretty useful. Also, Demon's Horn , Throne of Bone .

From the listed commanders, I'd consider the following very interesting:
Jolrael, Empress of Beasts: Some neat shenanigans with Ezuri's Predation.
Sol'kanar the Swamp King with Throne of Bone, Demon's Horn and Aetherflux Reservoir to abuse Bolas's Citadel. That one I actually like the best.

I think this would benefit from having cards like Throne of Bone , Unspeakable Symbol , Dark Ritual , Whip of Erebos and Necropotence .

Oof, cutting from this list is super hard. The only card that jumped out to me as not perfectly fitting after looking at the list is Ring of Xathrid .
If you plan to add anything in the future, Well of Lost Dreams is an insane card draw machine with lifegain. Also, Throne of Bone can net you quite some life with your commander.

For fun, casual and budget friendly games I would, personally, leave out the Relentless Rats, Throne of Bone and Vampiric Touch since they will not help you late or even middle game. Instead, put in cards like Cairn Wanderer, Patriarch's Bidding, In Garruk's Wake or Decree of Pain, Dragon Throne of Tarkir.
