Oh, and Essence Extraction instead of Douse in Gloom.

cool deck idea. Loving the Blood-Cursed Knight in this build. FYI you have 80 cards maindecked; its hard to give suggestions with that many cards on board. I would think you can cut both the Staffs right away. You have so much lifegain/deal damage effects that they are a bit redundant, and with an aggro deck I can't think of a time when you would rather play those over a creature. Maybe consider Harsh Sustenance instead of Douse in Gloom if you are going to keep that slot. I would also find a couple slots for some card draw. Maybe Read the Bones. You won't notice the life lost with all of your life gain effects.

Possibly a Duress? Im not to sure on how often you need to duress someone (could even put that duress back in the sideboard). As for taking something out of the sideboard possibly the Douse in Gloom? I'm not too sure though.

Yeah, Stubborn Denial is good, but only when my dragons are online. Mastery of the Unseen is amazing vs Control, and can help against Aggro as I would also be bringing in the Arashin Cleric, the Douse in Gloom, and depending on their brew, also Virulent Plague. The main trouble with that is if I slam my dragon, then Hero's Blade doesn't attach. Thanks!

Cyclone Sire is really good against the super competitive Mardu Dragons decks in the meta. It may not seem very good, but against that deck you need the Douse in Gloom from the sideboard in order to help your life and take away their Seekers and Gideon tokens. It allows you to set up ambushes where you kill their Kolaghan or Thunderbreak Regent, gain two life, and get a 3/3 creature.
Also, my meta is 25% Aristocrat/Graveyard Shenanigan, 40% Allies, and the rest Midrange, with 3-4 outlying aggro or control decks, so Void Shatter has a positive matchup in at least 40% of my games (Most midrange run Baloth Null or Reclaim maindeck).

To answer your question, yes my aggro deck was winning. And specifically my deck doesn't focus on multiple creatures and going wide, it uses prowess and Zada, Hedron Grinder to blitzkreig, so instant speed removal is essential, just like it would need to be against R/G Landfall. Another thing I noticed was how quickly you lost life either from your Read the Bones or from Ob Nixilis Reignited, so maybe look into some lifegain? For example, Douse in Gloom or Foul-Tongue Invocation would work really well, and for the dragon needed for Foul-Tongue Invocation try Noxious Dragon or Deathbringer Regent, which comes with a board clear as well for more value, and replacing the inverter.

No problem! Also Disfigure might be a good switch for Douse in Gloom. To lower your mana cost and what not. Although I appreciate being able to gain life with this type of a deck. Food for thought! +1

I'd probably swap out Dutiful Return for Corpseweft and/or Foul Renewal. The Land to curve seems to be a little off. You can either drop the curve or raise the lands.
If you want to raise the lands. Kalastria Nightwatch or Debilitating Injury would be my first thought for cutting. If you want to keep Debilitating Injury mechanic than I would suggest Douse in Gloom so it can activate your life gain triggers.
Alternatively, if you want to curve down over adding lands, then I would suggest things like Bloodsoaked Champion, and Despoiler of Souls over Bloodbond Vampire and Kalastria Nightwatch.
