The Grand Calcutron can in fact be your Commander. Check the Gatherer!

So when The Grand Calcutron enters the battlefield: -Have a good long think about your hand and the order you'd prefer to play the cards. -Reveal your hand and order the cards. That is now your program. -You can only cast the first card in your program. -When you draw cards, you can put them anywhere in your program. -When you discard cards, you can discard them from anywhere in your program. -If you have fewer than five cards in hand at the end of your turn, draw up to five.

While Calcutron doesn't have the Teferi, Time Raveler text, only being able to cast what's at the front of your program limits your ability to cast Instants. Not to mention that all information is public now.

I've leaned into the artifacts theme of Order of the Widget with this list, with a slight emphasis on on-board tricks with Old Guard and Wall of Fortune. If Look at Me, I'm the DCI resolves then the named card is GONE. In play, in hand, in the deck, doesn't matter. Find it and we're throwing it back in the box.

In a full standalone Calcutron deck I would start considering cards that let you flicker Calcutron to reset the order of cards in your hand. Lean into the disruption aspect and bet that your opponents won't quite know how to work with the programming. More prison and on-board effects would probably serve you better.
