Do-It-Yourself Seraph has the text box of each card exiled with Do-It-Yourself Seraph in addition to its own.

Commander_Olim Thank you so much! This deck has been a passion build of mine and is probably the most fun deck I play regularly. As for combos: Gnome-Made Engine + Half-Squirrel, Half- , Angelic Rocket + Serpentine and Humming- + Mother Kangaroo are all really good host/augment combinations. Do-It-Yourself Seraph is a real workhorse for the deck since she basically can tutor for artifacts when she attacks. I didn't build too heavily into Jumblemorph's host/augment ability because I was more building him up as a Squirrel, but I'm sure you'll find some really good ways to abuse his ability!

how does DIY seraph interact with the monument? bc it says sac Eldrazi Monument and its a Do-It-Yourself Seraph
also, when you exile creatures with it, like Inkwell Leviathan does it get that p/t or just island walk and shroud?

There are a number of ways to turn Equipment into creatures in black-bordered Magic, so when we were playing with this card we followed Gidgetimer's quotes rule above.
However, we' re in silver-border territory here. So, if you were to have an Equipment that isn't a creature already be attached to a creature (such as by having Phoebe, Head of S.N.E.A.K. steal the text box of both Thassa, God of the Sea and Do-It-Yourself Seraph (and an Equipment via Seraph's ability either before or after Pheobe stole it)), and you control a Rules Lawyer when that equipment becomes a creature again, the state-based actions which cause the creature Equipment to detach from the equipped creature would not apply to those permanents, so you could have the Equipment also be a creature while it stays attached to the other creature and gives it the benefits. In that case, the Equipment creature would be able to tap and attack as a normal creature even while it's attached to the other creature which could also tap and attack as normal.
Rules Lawyer is hilarious, though also usually a bit of a nightmare for everybody involved in the game, including its controller. I'd recommend at least having a skim through the comprehensive rules on state-based actions if you plan on frunning it.

Stay with me here, I'm only partially kidding, but some of the blue and white artifact matters creatures in unstable seem usable here. Jackknight, Riveting Rigger, and Chipper Chopper could all be printed in black border, they refer to contraptions, but don't need them to be good cards. Do-It-Yourself Seraph could be a cool payoff that could almost be printed in black border. Again, I'm just mulling ideas around while I should be working.

Myr Welder's abilities are linked, you would not be able to use abilities for any cards exiled by an ability other than the one printed on it. Rona, Disciple of Gix has both a triggered and activated ability linked to a static ability, it's uncommon but not unheard of for multiple abilities to be linked like this, Karn Liberated is another example. Do-It-Yourself Seraph gains text boxes, any linked abilities within a particular text box (including it's own linked abilities) are linked only to the ones from the same text box.
For the extra question, no, you would not be able to. Fiend Hunter is becoming a creature that allows the casting of cards exiled due to abilities that have not yet exiled any cards.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct term and I'm definitely fuzzy on the rulings.
As I understand it, a Myr Welder that uses its printed ability to exile both a Mimic Vat and a Pili-Pala wouldn't be able to use Mimic Vat's ability to put a token Pili-Pala onto the battlefield, as Mimic Vat's activated ability is linked to its own triggered ability. Is this the case only for cards that specify 'the exiled card', or for all cards that interact with other cards they've exiled?
For example, considering Myr Welder has text that specifies 'all cards exiled with it' as opposed to 'the exiled card'; if a Myr Welder were to use its printed ability to exile an Elkin Bottle, then use Elkin Bottle's ability to exile an Ornate Kanzashi, Elkin Bottle's ability (being used by Myr Welder) would allow us to cast Ornate Kanzashi from exile - but would Myr Welder still have the activated abilities of Ornate Kanzashi as long as the Ornate Kanzashi remains exiled?
What about abilities that specify 'a card exiled with [this card]'? So could a Myr Welder use its printed ability to exile a Muse Vessel and Gilded Lotus, then use Muse Vessel's second ability to cast Gilded Lotus (even though it was exiled under Myr Welder using an ability other than Muse Vessel's)?
Finally, what about Rona, Disciple of Gix? Is her static ability also linked with both her triggered and activated abilities? And if put under some dumb shenanigans like being exiled with a Do-It-Yourself Seraph, would the Seraph then enable you to cast Rona from exile?
