Ways I give points: Instant = 1 / Sorcery = 0. more target types > fewer (permanent = 5, non-land = 4). number of targets hit = points (most are 1, dismantling wave is 3 in most games, return to dust is conditional 2). lower CMC > higher CMC (4cmc=0 points, 1 cmc=3 pts). exile = 1, destroy = 0.
