Creature less Omniscience control. The point of this deck is to control the game until you can land a Counterlash, Counterlashing one of your own enchantments into an Omniscience. Then, Tamiyo, the Moon Sages emblem will let you infinitely mill your opponent with Dream Twist, or infinitely damage your opponent with Pillar of Flame ! The rest is control, trying to get you to live long enough to land your combo. I know it's a long shot, but I thought it was cool idea. Comments and +1's are greatly appreciated ;).
