Official missing/incorrect card/token thread

Please use this thread to keep the site staff aware of cards that are missing from the database.
When you mention a card, please provide a link to the card's information so we can more quickly and easily add it. Additionally, you should mention if only a specific printing is missing.
You can also point out cards with missing or incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect mana values in the deck stats, missing associated tokens in playtester, etc.).

Commander Anthology is also missing the basic lands.

Would appreciate if someone could add the new art for Crumbling Necropolis from Explorers of Ixalan.

Is it possible to add "City's Blessing" to the database? It's a token but I'd like to use it as the featured card art for a commander deck I'm building.
There's also a lot of cropping issues for cards in Rivals of Ixalan. Not sure if that's an easy fix but wanted to point it out.

Primal Wellspring is missing its flip side (Primal Amulet Flip)

is missing entirely from the card database. Its other side is in there, but shows up under the "Unknown" category and doesn't show up as a double-sided card.

I misspoke. Curious Homunculus is in the database, but it doesn't show up in the card search. You have to manually add it to your lists.

i dont know if this is the correct place to put this, but The Immortal Sun is listed as banned in EDH and according to the official lists it is not. it is making my deck say "This deck is not Commander / EDH legal."

Storm the Vault is missing: The treasure token, Vault of Catlacan(it's flipped side) and format legality is incomplete.Vault of Catlacan exists but it's not linked by Storm the Vault neither is Storm the Vault linked in Vault of Catlacan.

I've brought this up many times before but Edgar Markov does not have the correct token. I'd be glad to fix this, but no one seems to know how.

aephos: I added those two missing Commander Anthology cards for you. I'll work on the remainder of the Anthology over the next few days.

Azor's Gate is not a card, but is in the RIX database
(Azor's Gateway Flip, the correct name, is in the database)

Path of Discovery seems to miss Rarity Information and through that is not displayed when grouping after it. I think its not the only card from Rivals of Ixalan that has this bug.

I upgraded so that I could add missing card info. How do I do this? If you card search for Commander Anthology, it only shows 33 cards in the database. I can't update my inventory due to the (CMA) printings not being an available option. --- There also seems to be an issue with Deceiver of Form, because I couldn't add the card to my inventory until I went into the full edit mode. Even once added, when I check a deck for missing cards that runs Deceiver of Form, it says (inaccurately) that I don't have one.

So after posting that comment, I noticed that TappedOut is using CMT instead of CMA for Commander Anthology and the database shows more than 33 cards for Anthology, however, cards are still missing. How do I add them?

People are reporting cards as missing that are in the database. Maybe they are using a different feature other than inventory, or something (I'm not familiar with all parts of this site). The thread topic gives helpful rules when posting missing or incorrect cards :p. This helps diagnose what is wrong
