Avenger of Zendikar and a new eldrazi
That new eldrazi is awesome. Wonder how many new eldrazi will come with this set

and that art though. im thinking zendikar will be mono green, because Avenger of Zendikar is 1 out of 80. That eldrazi is only 41 out of 80! We are gonna see alot of eldrazi and colorless stuff. yeah!

Oblivion Sower seems like it could be a solid cog piece to a ramp deck. As a top end threat it sucks.

Oblivion Sower is amazing against Standard blue decks that will be delving away all their fetches and discarded lands... It doesn't even have to resolve for you to get the lands.
Is this a hint at a new Annihilator-like keyword that's going to exile top cards of the library? Please no.
New Avenger of Zendikar art is beautiful.

On the other hand, kool eldrazi. Avenger reprint is also nice, but I expected more from this set.

I don't know if I wouldn't like that because it would be annoying or stupid. Then again, it might make mill viable in Standard depending on what we see. Eh. I just really don't like that I can't stop that "cast" ability frm going off with my control deck.

No, Avenger is in the reprint slot, which means it prob won't be in the next set (see Zurgo Helmsmasher vs Arcanis the Omnipotent)

Oblivion Sower looks fantastic in Legacy 12 Post as a 1x of and/or sideboard addition. Maybe MUD too, but it's not an artifact so... I could even see it fit in Modern. Tron maybe? Especially 
Tron. But it competes with Wurmcoil Engine's slot...
I can see this as a bomb in EDH, especially Animar, Soul of Elements lists. Khee hee.

aeonstoremyliver I had the same thought. but the problem is that it isn't an artifact so you can't tutor it with Treasure Mage or Fabricate.I wonder what other cards will come out

Why is everyone all against this hinting at a new annihilator ability? It seems flavorful, not OP, at least with some amount of power, and not oppressive. Like, all around it seems fine (not exciting, but fine by me). I'm sure that it won't just be straight-up exile milling, but with effects WITH it.

If this was an indication that the new annihilator is an exile-mill effect, i ask you, why the fuck does this Eldrazi not have it as well. Surely that's the point.
I like how they brought back "stuff happens" when you cast eldrazi, but it doesn't seem exciting, just being undercosted, does not a mythic make.

I hope this isn't a mythic in Battle for Zendikar. I don't think they have ever downgraded the rarity of a duel deck mythic before, so I guess it will stay mythic. Wizards has set the bar really high for mythic Eldrazi.

I don't like the new Eldrazi. I don't get how it could see much play. I mean, why pay 6 for the Eldrazi when you can pay 6 for Primeval Titan and get FAR more value?
