Consider splashing green for Tajuru Preserver . Also Sigarda, Host of Herons and Scavenging Ooze can help.
RIP is very good. Leyline of the Void will usually wreck Living End pretty hard, putting them on a beat down plan by hard casting fatties. Tormod's Crypt , Relic of Progenitus , and Bojuka Bog work well. Ravenous Trap may work if they've cycled just before comboing out.

Why has no-one mentioned Chalice of the Void ? Play it for 0, and it counters Living End.

Ethersworn Canonist is a personal fav. Especially with vial.

The issue with artifacts is that Living End tends to side a good bit of artifact hate.

Rest in Peace works well because itexiles the 'yard and stops it being refilled again. Just watch out if you're on the draw, the three mana they've left open could become a Violent Outburst in response.
Rule of Law , Ethersworn Canonist and Eidolon of Rhetoric just stop the cascade, and even Thalia, Guardian of Thraben (a fine maindeck card) stops them going off until turn five (ie. by which time they are dead).

I'd go with the latter options because Rest in Peace messes with your graveyard too. I don't know what deck you're playing, but I gather you're a fan of graveyard interaction!

Silence in response to the Cascade spell is always gold.
