Looking For cards that trigger on my opponents turn

I need help finding some good cards that have effects that trigger on every turn, mine and my opponents. For example:
Sun Droplet and Scavenging Ooze would allow me to gain 1 life during each of my opponents turns, which, combined with Crested Sunmare , would generate a token on every turn.
Any other cards and combinations like the one mentioned?

Awakening and Seedborn Muse are popular in Rashmi, Eternities Crafter decks, and Mind's Dilation is really good as well

Well there are the forces, Baleful Force, Verdant Force...
Dragonlair Spider and Dragon Broodmother are another couple of good ones.

Dang, Dragon Broodmother triggers EACH upkeep?! I thought it was good when I was playing with it wrong...
Deathreap Ritual if you can trigger it with Viscera Seer, Ashnod's Altar, etc

I am fond of Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker I have him as a partner commander... usually loaded with hexproof/shroud. One of the few decks I have that can make Yidris players regret taking those 15 minute turns. Also Managorger Hydra

side note: IDK why the Crested Sunmare tag didn't work. I spent like 10 minutes trying to figure it out.
