Don't you want to play Cantrip Tribal in modern? With the realease of Shadows over Innistrad (back in 2016), now you can. And, it's budget, too! Just over $30! The goal of this deck is to play a Thing in the Ice   turn 2, then play 2 cantrips turn 3, then play a counterspell/removal card on your opponents turn, then play another cantrip on your next turn. Turn 3, your opponents creatures are gone, and you have a 7/8 sitting there, ready to swing and kill your opponent turn 6.

After sideboard, play Card:Ceremonious Rejection against Pithing Needle, and then ajust your deck based on what cards are good against your opponent's deck. Happy playing!
