Norin is currently undergoing minor changes. Expect about 10-15 card swaps. It may take me a few days to update. Norin's cost should drop some after this update (Farewell Wheel of Fortune)
There are currently 10 place holder Mountain in the deck list so the deck stays at the required 100 cards for Commander format.

I think Timesifter would be an excellent addition to this deck. Turn orders are so boring, always clockwise yawn. lets make a fun game out of it.

Have you thought about any dash cards, they work like Archwing Dragon so you don't have to give them to your opponents.

You're running all these richochet effects, but Ricochet Trap isn't on the list. It doesn't copy the spell, but it does have the trap ability. If your meta runs a lot of blue, this could be a good alternative.

What happens if Someone Stifle's the return trigger? Any way to get Norin back?

Barsan I think that since Norin returns at the end of turn stifle fizzles just like if you played Glorious End maybe not though?

No it's a trigger at the end step. Norin will stay in exile forever unless you have a way to get him back like Riftsweeper or Mirror of Fate

If you know what you are doing then stifle effects will never get norin. You always send norin to the command zone and not exile. Norins ability will bring it back from exile or the command zone.

After i compared a lot of Norin EDH deck in TappedOut, i found this is the BEST Norin EDH deck in TappedOut although this deck no more updating since 3 years ago.. but still the Best!!

I have a Norin deck I built from scratch and I found that Viashino Cutthroat , and Viashino Sandstalker are really awesome in this deck. They combo in with Confusion in the Ranks and cards like Warstorm Surge really well. Other than that great deck!
