Could you help me upgrading my deck ?

I've got this deck at home for some months now and I have been updating it a few times to make it better and better. I've lost many games at the beginning but with time and upgrade, I'm winning more and more.

I use small creature for luring and blocking while adding mana source. Then, I cast my vampires and boost them with the opponent creatures or my own.
