The goal of this deck is to play the game a little different than most people. Blue/White is not a typical combination I've seen used. I like counter spells and control a lot, but at the same time I've decided a deck filled with those also needs to be aggressive. You must be building your army, while keeping your opponents big guys from getting on the field. I predict this deck will do just that once finalized.
