I've been trying to get a reasonable deck working with the flicker effect, utilizing Sundial of the Infinite to prevent permanents from returning to their owners, making people very salty.
This deck is based around the idea of flickering opponents permanents, and ending the turn before they are returned.
To get extra value, we use cards like Ephemerate and Flicker of Fate on our creatures.
The sideboard is meh, haven't worked on it too much yet.
So far, the deck seems to be working out, its not tier1 in any way whatsoever, but it is very fun to play.

• Buried Ruin - Get back our Sundial of the Infinite / Solemn Simulacrum

• Sundial of the Infinite - Bread and butter of the deck, when Flickerwisp / Glimmerpoint Stag's EOT effect gets on the stack (aka, return the permanent to its owner's control), end the turn - opponent won't get their permanent back.
• Solemn Simulacrum - Draw, target for Fabricate if you get stuck with them in hand, and slight mana boost, helps draw all our lands faster to avoid mana flood, can flicker for extra

• Serum Visions - Scry and draw
• Fabricate - Search for our Sundial of the Infinite

Instants:

• Path to Exile - 1 mana exile, its not the most elegant solution, but it gets the job done when our tomfoolery is too complex
• Ephemerate - Flicker your creatures for the effect, and repeat next turn for free, great card
• Hallowed Moonlight - Can be used if you dont have Sundial of the Infinite out yet, and a draw
• Flicker of Fate - Did I mention this is a flicker deck? Can be used with Hallowed Moonlight without our creatures / Sundial of the Infinite

• Flickerwisp - Bread and butter of the deck, 3/1 flying for 3 mana, and the flicker effect.
• Glimmerpoint Stag - Slightly harder to cast than Flickerwisp but again, the deck is all about the flicker effect, 3/3 vigilance is decent
• Wall of Omens - Draw and stall
• Solemn Simulacrum - Draw, target for Fabricate if you get stuck with them in hand, and slight mana boost, helps draw all our lands faster to avoid mana flood, can flicker for extra
