The poor Famished Paladin is too hungry for words. All he can do is gasp, hungrily. Thankfully, with the Squire's Devotion and the Sorcerer's Wand he is able to satiate his greed.

Forerunner of the Legion help find the Paladin, On Serra's Wings give another option for lifelink, and Deadeye Quartermaster helps find the wand.

Negate and Syncopate offer protection for the combo pieces, and Search for Azcanta   is just really good for getting to the finish.

Everyone loves an infinite combo!

With the initial deck (including Negate and Syncopate), the combo went off in the following turns: 4, 5, 6, 6, 6, 7, 7, 7, 7, 7, 7, 10, 10, 12, 12 (I didn't cheat!)

I swapped out the Negates and Syncopates and added Opt, Chart a Course and a couple of Chemister's Insight. The combo then went off: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6, 7, 8, 8, 8, 10

This is pretty good, and I can board in the counters if needed for game 2.
