I got the idea of gathering up a huge pile of treasure, and then setting it ablaze - Joker Style!

To be more precise: This deck tries to accumulate treasure-tokens, and then finish the game with Flame Fusillade. Ideally, before you set the wooooorld on fiiiiireee, you've been chipping away at the opponent's life with pesky little deathtouchers, of which the deck has a slew. Usually people wont bother to block them, since 1 damage doesn't seem like much, at a time... strapping Prying Blade onto one of the little rodents or rogues speeds up the wealth acquisition something nice. Those deathtouchers can also be very handy when the Flame Fusillade suddenly has them all read: "tap: Kill a dude".

This is janky as all nine Hells, but what do I care? I'm RICH!

Bonus info: For a deck that revels in riches, this is super budget!
