This is a companion deck with Kaheera, the Orphanguard as your Companion. Kaheera, the Orphanguard forces you to use Beasts, Cats, Dinosaurs, Elementals, and Nightmares in order to have Kaheera, the Orphanguard as your companion. This restriction isn't a bad thing however as it allows you practically limitless possibilities for symmetry within your deck. Zirda, the Dawnwaker is in the deck as it allows the Skycat Sovereign a cheaper mana ability to create 1/1 Cat Bird tokens for 2 mana instead of 4 mana. The Charmed Stray has an interesting position in this deck as any creature that mutates onto it to take its ability and actually is use it whenever another of that same creature enters the battlefield. The Migratory Greathorn is used for mana ramping quickly. Huntmaster Liger and Cubwarden are a lot of fun to use.Cubwarden makes 1/1 Lifelink Cat tokens every time it mutates and these Cat tokens can receive the ability, Vigilance, from Kaheera, the Orphanguard and +1/+1 while Kaheera, the Orphanguard is on the battlefield. Additionally, all creatures with Vigilance benefit from Frondland Felidar in that they gain the ability to pay 1 mana and tap any target creature which can be a nifty trick when attacking or blocking.
