This is an updated version of an old deck I used to play. Basically, fungi create saprolings to then be sacrificed to trigger fungi abilities. Deathspore Thallid is killer for removal, while Thallid Germinator is good for the later game to just bowl over your opponent. Essence Warden honestly kinda makes this deck, because as great as fungi are they play a very slow game; but with Essence Warden you hardly have to worry about life loss anymore so you can focus on getting your saprolings onto the battlefield. Finally Grim Affliction and Spread the Sickness really speed up your saproling production and provide excellent removal, and the incredible Sprout Swarm lets you get saprolings on the field so fast you can chump clock and still have enough for sacrificing.
